– Do not pull on threads or beads; if you notice any loosening, store the bag safely and contact us for repairs.
– Keep the bag in a dry place, away from excess humidity and avoid direct sunlight, which may cause the embroidery to fade.
– Do not wash, dry clean, or iron. You may gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
– Do not pull on threads or beads. If a detail loosens or a piece needs attention, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to guide you or offer repair solutions.
Natural/eco-friedly leather back
– Natural leather develops a subtle patina over time — a part of its natural charm.
– Clean with a soft cloth and leather-specific product (without alcohol or harsh solvents).
– Avoid prolonged exposure to sun, water, or high heat sources.
– Do not store under pressure — keep the bag in the personalized cotton pouch included in the box, to protect its shape and embroidery.
